Andy Schneider is the Chief Security Officer EMEA Central at Palo Alto Networks, a global leader in cybersecurity. He champions cyber resilience for C-level executives, acting as their trusted advisor and bringing thought leadership topics to the forefront of the industry. Andy also influences product direction and provides other critical internal cross-functional guidance. Andy (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, C-CISO, ISO27001 LA) has been in the IT industry for over 20 years with experience in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Identity Security, Zero Trust, AppSec and transforming traditional IT Security to modern resilience.
Before joining Palo Alto Networks he was the Field CISO for Lacework and with the acquisition for Fortinet. He also was the Group CISO for TX Group and SRG SSR in Switzerland. Earlier in his career he led cybersecurity projects and acted as Customer Security Officer at T-Systems International and T-Systems Switzerland. Andy continues to be an advisor for two Swiss VCs and a couple of cybersecurity startups.
