Dr. Anatoli Kalysch is Chief Information Security Officer at Lindenhofgruppe AG in Bern, Switzerland. He combines deep technical security expertise with executive cybersecurity leadership across healthcare, fintech, transportation, critical infrastructure, and academia.
Since 2020, his primary focus has been building and scaling cybersecurity programs: defining strategy and governance, establishing controls and metrics, improving maturity, aligning cyber risk with business priorities, and enabling secure digital transformation. At Lindenhofgruppe, he leads enterprise information security strategy, governance, risk management, executive reporting, operational resilience, incident readiness, and security-by-design across key initiatives such as identity and access management, third-party risk management, and vulnerability management.
Before joining Lindenhofgruppe, he served as Senior Information Security Officer and Deputy CSO at Taurus SA, where he led ISO 27001:2022 certification work, strengthened regulatory alignment, built maturity models, and advanced security governance in a FINMA-regulated company. Earlier, as CISO at Deutsche Bahn Connect, he led cybersecurity strategy, secure architecture, incident response, business continuity, and compliance in a regulated and critical-infrastructure context.
His technical foundation includes penetration testing, mobile application security, reverse engineering, malware analysis, cloud and network security, and secure software development. Alongside industry leadership, he has taught cybersecurity since 2017, helping develop the next generation of practitioners in areas such as IT forensics, reverse engineering, mobile security, cybersecurity governance, and AI security fundamentals.
His leadership philosophy is pragmatic: translate technical risk into clear decisions, build sustainable structures, and enable teams to deliver securely without slowing down the business.
