He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona, an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, and a PhD in Cybersecurity from the University of Newcastle. His career includes roles at Saudi Aramco, the University of Newcastle, and GulfNet Solutions Company. At NEOM, he began as Director of Cybersecurity Innovation and currently serves as Director of PMO. A recipient of numerous prestigious international honors and awards, Dr. Aldawood has published multiple research articles and is an active member of several cybersecurity committees and institutions, including the World Economic Forum and the United Nations. He holds various certifications, including CISM, CISA, PMP, DRP, Security+, ISO 27001, ISO 27005, and ECIH, among others.
