With academic foundations in politics and applied ethics, he combines interdisciplinary insight with hands-on experience in the cybersecurity and AI Ethics fields. As former chairman of the ethics committee at ForHumanity, Josh contributed to a code of ethics for AI auditors, research in algorithmic and AI ethics, and holds multiple related certifications. Over the past five years he has focused on building cyberunity AG, a Swiss-based cybersecurity recruiting startup and expert community—drafting industry articles, presenting at international conferences, developing new approaches to dealing with the cyber-talent-gap, and connecting top talent with leading organisations.
