A wholehearted entrepreneur, Samir Aliyev is the Founder and CEO of the Swiss Cyber Institute in Zurich which offers cyber security education programs, training, and access to a global cyber security community while organizing international conferences that build bridges between security professionals, business experts, and academics.
Since 2018, Samir is an Academic Program Director of CAS Data Protection Officer and Cyber Security for Leaders Programs of the Executive School of Management, Technology, and Law at the University of St. Gallen.
He used to work as a Cybersecurity training expert at Expert Group Meetings in Africa, Asia Pacific, and LATAM regions at UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
