CELEBRATING OUTSTANDING SWISS-BASED SECURITY LEADERS

For 2023 we have started a new initiative among our community activities in Switzerland and gathered together the most foresightful and expert jury who will be responsible for deciding the winners of the first-ever Swiss CISO Awards.

The Swiss CISO Awards are not only a key part of the high-quality content of the Global Cyber Conference, but they are also being awarded to recognize and honor the outstanding achievements of leading CISOs who have committed their careers to enhance the information security of their respective companies or organizations. It is important for a broader audience to start to understand that cybersecurity must be built within companies from a very early stage. Therefore, CISOs must build alliances with many non-tech / non-cyber / non-security people and must rely on their support.

SWISS CISO AWARDS NOMINATIONS

Here is a detailed overview of the nomination and award process.

To be eligible, your nominee needs to be based in Switzerland.

Submit your nomination by April 17^th by completing our online forms above.

The nomination process can take up to ten minutes to complete and will require:

The selection of ONE category only that you would like to nominate them for.
A few details about the nominee’s contact, background, and how he/she entered the field of cyber security.
Information about the reason he/she should be recognized for their work.

In April, jury members will select up to six nominees per category from the received applications.

We will announce nominees in May and start with background interviews. The 30 nominees will be invited to the Global Cyber Conference and the Swiss CISO Awards ceremony.

In July, jury members will select all category winners.

THE SWISS CISO AWARDS CEREMONY

Winners of an award will be revealed at the Global Cyber Conference Gala Dinner which will take place on September 14^that the Zurich Marriott Hotel. We are looking forward to a night which honours the industry, the thought leaders and innovators of the Cyber Security Community in Switzerland.
